About Me
Nicole Lefever Schaub, MS RD LDN
Nicole is passionate about helping you reach your health and nutrition goals. She believes each client should be treated as an individual and her goal is to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed! Nicole specializes in working with clients with eating disorders but can also help you with diabetes management, weight management, sports nutrition, and general health and wellness!
In 2003, Nicole graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Dietetics. In 2004 she completed her Dietetic Internship at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and began her professional career. Nicole began working at Remuda Ranch, an inpatient treatment facility for women and girls with eating disorders, in 2004. Nicole continued her commitment to life-long learning by completing her MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2009. Nicole has been a private practice and consulting dietitian since 2008 and opened Mid-Atlantic Nutrition in 2010.
