While I truly feel that everyone can benefit from learning about and implementing the principles of intuitive eating, this program is not appropriate for everyone.

Hi, I’m Danielle Parris, a registered dietitian and certified Intuitive Eating counselor. I help chronic dieters stop restricting, bingeing, and obsessing over food and body so that they can stabilize their weight, eat foods that they love, and improve their physical and mental health.

I created this virtual 12 week program, to make the intuitive eating work that I do one-on-one with my clients available and affordable for everyone - because we ALL deserve to have a happy and healthy relationship with food and body.

One thing I absolutely LOVE about doing IE in a small group setting, is that you get an amazing community of like-minded individuals who are there to support you and cheer you on as you learn about intuitive eating together. And with all sessions and content delivered virtually, you can connect with individuals all over the world in a way that isn’t possible through in-person work.​

What you get when you sign up for this program:

  • ​12 small group, live sessions led by me (Danielle). Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours, and is held via zoom at 5:30pm EST every Monday. In these sessions I walk you through the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating and help you apply these principles to your own life so that you can give up dieting once and for all, and feel confident that you know how to eat in a way that honors what your body is asking for and makes you feel great!
  • Access to recordings of the sessions so that you can watch it at your convenience if you are unable to make it live or just want to rewatch sessions on your own.
  • Access to a private online support group (not through social media) moderated by myself, so that you have a place to ask questions, engage with other participants, and further your intuitive eating work in between our live sessions.
  • The opportunity to continue in an online support group membership program only available to graduates of the program (if you desire ongoing support after the course ends).
  • Handouts and worksheets designed specifically for this program to accompany your work in the Intuitive Eating Workbook and enrich your experience. These handouts and worksheets are yours to download and keep.

One reason I wanted to create an online group program was to make Intuitive Eating affordable for anyone, even if insurance didn’t cover one on one nutrition counseling. Eat for Life! is designed to give you an incredible and effective experience for just a fraction of the cost you would pay with one on one sessions.

The total value of the program is over $2300, but your cost is only $497, which can be paid in full OR through an installment plan ($152 deposit + 3 monthly payments of $115), so you can choose whatever better fits your budget.

That works out to just $42 per session!

This is similar to what a copay with a specialist would be even if insurance was covering one on one sessions with a dietitian. The only other cost associated with the program is purchasing a copy of The Intuitive Eating Workbook by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch (available online or through local bookstores for about $15). We’ll be using this book throughout the program.
